I have the same issue

A few users share a common mail db and they also go in and edit the subject line to let each other know who is working on what. All of the emails in this db have attachments in the messages. This only happens every once in a while (1x a month or so). The messages are coming from an online form. I'm not sure where it's designed or what it's using but this does not happen to all of the messages coming from that form.

The user typically edits the document, makes changes to the subject line only, saves the document... and the attachment icon disappears. If they open the message, the attachment at no longer exists in the message.

We're running 8.5.1 clients with 8.5.2FP1 Domino server.
